Governance

WAPADH is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation recognized as a 501 (c) 3 entity by the Internal Revenue Service. It is also incorporated in the State of California and is subject to rules of the Office of Charitable Trusts and the California Attorney General’s office. WAPADH is governed by an elected 10 member, all volunteer Board of Directors made up of family and community members.
